Department of Tourism and Travel

The Department offers course specialization in Tourism and Travel Management that give students the preparation necessary for careers in the tourism and travel industries. These include tour operating companies,airlines, rental car companies and the civil service to promote travel and tourism to local and overseas clientele.The course is largely interactive with students expected to undertake a lot of out of class case studies with classroom reporting and presentations.
Internship opportunities with Travel and Tourism Companies, as well as the Guest Relations and Marketing
sections of the hotel, will augment the classroom experiences in the program.
