Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management

The Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management offers courses that prepare students for careers in the Food and Beverage Division of the Hospitality Industry. The major emphasis at both Diploma and Bachelor of Technology levels lies on practical applications.

Indeed, the students not only practice in the School’s Training Restaurant on campus, but also in the world
class Guest and Conference facility at the Capital Hill Environ.Students undertake a mandatory four month industrial
attachment practicum in Four and Five Star Hotels.
